Nursing and Allied Health UG admissions 2025 open in JIPMER

Jawaharlal Institute of Postgraduate Medical Education and Research (JIPMER), Puducherry, an Institution of National Importance, has started accepting online registrations for admission in its BSc Nursing and 11 Allied Health Services courses. Like last year, the admissions shall be on the basis of NEET-UG ranks.

Counselling : While NEET-UG score will be used to determine the merit rank, the Counselling and admission process shall be done by JIPMER. Candidates need to register separately on JIPMER website for this.

Notes

(i) Bachelor of Medical Laboratory Sciences is a full time 4 (Four) year course with 3.5 years of theory & practical classes and 6 months of compulsory internship.

(ii) All other BSc Allied Health Sciences courses are full time 4 (Four) years course with 3 years of theory & practical classes and 1 year of compulsory internship.

Counseling schedule

Online registration: 1 Sep to 22 Sep 2025 (till 4PM)

Publication of list of eligible candidates: On or before 8 Oct 2025

Counseling and admission: Dates to be announced soon

Classes will commence on 27 Oct 2025 (tentative date).
